Alf and Bert are due to play in the Pairs Cup but a week before the match, Alf breaks his arm, so he can't play. Can Charlie take Alf's place? If so, how much notice must Bert give?
Bert and Charlie win their match. By the next round, Alf is fit to play again. Can he take Charlie's place?
